Dental Treatment Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator

Great with patients. Confident with treatment plans. Experienced with Dentrix. Queen King Dental is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, family-owned dental practice in downtown Hamilton.

What You'll Do:
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Discuss fees, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements.
- Follow up with patients to help them move forward with recommended treatment.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain productive schedules.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and support our clinical team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in dental treatment coordination or dental administration.
- Strong Dentrix skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment costs and financial options.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.
